REMOVING ROW DESIGNATION NW 9 AVENUE AND BOB HOPE ROAD

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to remove the public road right-of-way designation from a portion of county-owned property located at the intersection of NW 9 Avenue and Bob Hope Road, south of NW 15 Street. This action is intended to allow the County to sell the parcel to the University of Miami for future development. The removal is necessitated by a separate road closing petition for the adjacent segment of NW 9 Avenue by the City of Miami. The Transportation Committee forwarded this item to the Board with a favorable recommendation.
