[South side of State Road 52, approximately 900 feet west of the intersection of State Road 52 and U.S. 41; case PDE26-7892] Pasco County Planning Commission Addendum Agenda on April 16, 2026, included a recommendation for approval with conditions for a zoning amendment. The project, known as Land O' Lakes 52-41 MPUD, involves a modification from MPUD to MPUD to allow for the option to develop 122 platted townhomes and associated infrastructure on approximately 76.72 acres.
