Agenda includes consideration of final payments for demolition and reconstruction of homes through the HHRP program for Michael Barnes ($75,916.80), Sharon Phelps ($92,506.00), Kristina and Robert Hugger ($93,579.00), and Randolph Copeland ($64,396.80). Also includes consideration of Change Order #1 for rehabilitation of Sadaytril Smith's home ($3,425.00) through the HHRP SHIP program. The Board will review and consider approval of the 2026 Airport Improvement Program Grant Application and the 2026 Airport Infrastructure Grant Application for the taxiway realignment project at Perry Foley Airport. Consideration of award for the Taxiway Realignment Project to Anderson Columbia ($1,731,830.03) is contingent on FAA funding. Other items include award of the McDaniel Road Widening/Resurfacing Project, award of the 13th and Central USACE Floodplain Mitigation Project, review of Big Bend Healthcare Coalition Project submissions, approval of funds for courthouse parking lot improvements ($11,308.00), budget transfer for signage at Hodges Park and Glenn Ratliff Memorial Sports Complex ($10,800), adoption of resolutions for unanticipated and shortfall of monies in various funds, bids for roadside right-of-way mowing, discussion of building permit #30830 for Anthony Wilson at 145 Cedar Island Road, quarterly update from Taylor County Development Authority Director Bob Cate, discussion of speed humps at the end of CR-14, and discussion of solid waste operations. Grant agreements for taxiway realignment phase 2 and a new hangar at Perry-Foley Airport will be reviewed. Cold weather warming center guidelines and budget will be considered. A draft settlement agreement with Ponchos Cantina and Grill and a draft interlocal agreement for distribution of local option gas tax with the City of Perry will be considered.
