The Project Review Committee meeting on June 9, 2026, will consider two new business items. The first is for Indian Oaks Self Storage (Case Number 25-3741-SP) on Parcel K09A020, proposing a 120,000 SF self-storage facility with infrastructure improvements. The applicant requests two technical waivers: reducing parking from 51 to 15 spaces and substituting canopy trees with understory trees due to a transmission line easement. Staff recommends approval. The second item is for Preston Place Commercial Site (Case Number 25-1500) on Parcel D17M002, proposing a 5,200 SF medical office with infrastructure improvements on 1.10 acres MOL. Staff also recommends approval for this project.
