Citrus County is reviewing a proposal for the C.R. 486 Infrastructure Master Plan (IMA), covering approximately 1,560 acres. This plan divides the area into two parts: the Economic Development Target Area (EDTA) near the Suncoast Parkway interchange, intended for industrial, light industrial, and professional offices; and a Mixed-Use subarea for local commerce and workforce housing.
