4. Mainline Sewer Inspection and Rehabilitation

The City of Cocoa Beach is reviewing a project for mainline sewer inspection and rehabilitation. This work will involve trenchless lining of existing gravity sewer mains. Activities include cleaning pipelines, performing pre-installation CCTV inspections, and providing bypass pumping or flow control as needed. A liner will be installed and cured to match existing pipe conditions, followed by reinstating active service laterals and conducting post-installation CCTV inspections. The City may also require additional work such as localized point repairs, excavation and replacement of severely deteriorated pipe, or adjustments at manhole connections. This project is currently under review, offering an early opportunity for contractors.
