The City of Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board met to review several upcoming projects. Potential local business opportunities include work on a mixed-use development near Atlantic Avenue and Jog Road, and another mixed-use project at Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue. A commercial development near SW 10th Street and SW 10th Avenue is also under review, as is a variance request at 1207 S. Swinton Avenue. Additionally, a conditional use request for outdoor dining in Sundy Village is being considered.
