The City of Jacksonville Beach Board of Adjustment met on May 19, 2026. Two new business items were on the agenda. The first, case BOA#26-100029, involved Stephanie Gallagher seeking variances for a new single-family home at 27 S 32nd Ave. The second, case BOA#26-100030, involved Erik Bjornson seeking variances for a new single-family home at 3015 S 1st St. The agenda also included approval of minutes from a May 5, 2026 meeting, correspondence, old business, a planning department report, and courtesy of the floor to visitors. Public comment procedures were outlined, allowing for live or written submissions.
