[Lots 1, 12, 13, 24, 25, 36, 37, and 48 of the Magnolia Reserve Townhome Subdivision; case VAC-26-041] The Ocoee City Commission approved a resolution for the vacation of 5-ft utility easements on multiple lots within the Magnolia Reserve Townhome Subdivision. The project number is VAC-26-041. The decision was made on May 19, 2026. The motion carried 3-0 with Mayor Johnson and Commissioner Kennedy absent.
