The City of Panama City has approved changes to the Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map for properties located at 4620 Highway 390 E and 4622 Highway 390 E. These ordinances, 3300.2 and 3300.3, change the land use to General Commercial and the zoning to General Commercial-2, GC-2 for approximately 2.89 acres. This action means the property is now designated for commercial development. The city also approved Ordinance 3301, changing the zoning of a property at 2209 9th Street E to Neighborhood General, NG, for approximately 0.524 acres. These approvals indicate that future development projects may be planned for these locations.
