A new District is being planned to provide stormwater management, water and wastewater systems, and roadway improvements. The District will also be involved in underground electrical conduit, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, amenities, parks, recreation, and conservation areas. Capital costs for these improvements will be paid for by the District. This item is currently under review by the City Commission. The project will involve site clearing and grading, underground utility work, road and driveway paving, and final landscaping.
