A new district is planned to finance and build several public improvements. These include sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, stormwater management systems, and roadway improvements. None of these facilities currently exist. The project is currently under review. Work is expected to involve site clearing and grading, underground utility installation for water, sewer, and stormwater, and road paving. Depending on the final agreements, some improvements may be owned and maintained by the district, while others will be managed by the City or other government bodies. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early, before site plans, bids, and permits are finalized, to understand the scope and potential opportunities as this project moves through the review process.
