The District is planning to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, extend, equip, operate, and maintain improvements and facilities over an estimated two-year period from 2026 through 2028. These improvements and facilities are intended to benefit lands within the District and their residents and owners. The project will be completed in two phases, with estimated construction and acquisition costs detailed in Exhibit 6. This initiative is authorized under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and is considered necessary for the development and use of lands within the District. The scope of work will likely involve site preparation, utility installation, construction of various facilities, and potentially ongoing operation and maintenance.
