A community development district is planning to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, extend, equip, operate, and maintain improvements and facilities over a two-year period from 2026 through 2028. These improvements will benefit lands within the District and its residents and owners. The project is planned in two phases, with estimated construction and acquisition costs detailed in Exhibit 6. This initiative is authorized under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and is considered necessary for the development and use of lands within the District.
