[Grace Avenue; case Ordinance 3303.1 and Ordinance 3303.2] The City Commission approved the final reading of Ordinance 3303.1, amending the Future Land Use Map to designate a property at Grace Avenue (Parcel ID 14327-000-000) for General Commercial Use. The Commission also approved the final reading of Ordinance 3303.2, zoning the same property at Grace Avenue (Parcel ID 14327-000-000) for General Commercial-2 (GC-2) use, encompassing approximately 0.482 acres. Frank Depinto addressed the Commission regarding this item. [Magnolia Avenue; case Ordinance 3304] The City Commission approved the final reading of Ordinance 3304, zoning a property at Magnolia Avenue (Parcel ID 18067-000-000) for Neighborhood General (NG) use, encompassing approximately 0.707 acres. The City Commission approved authorizing the City Manager to work with Destination Panama City regarding any permits or waiver letters needed to move forward with the Snorkeling Reef project. [Millville Wastewater Treatment Plant; case Resolution 20260623.1 and H0760 Amendment No. 4] The City Commission approved Budget Amendment Resolution 20260623.1 and H0760 Amendment No. 4, increasing the subrecipient agreement between Florida Division of Emergency Management Mitigation Bureau (FDEM) and the City of Panama City for the HMGP Millville Wastewater Treatment Plant Generator Project by $1,279,947.00. [Pretty Bayou; case PC26 -011] The City Commission approved the award of PC26 -011 Pretty Bayou Improvements Phase 3 and authorization to execute a contract to 850 Construction Services, LLC in the amount of $1,194,839.37. [Martin Theatre; case RFP PC26-028] The City Commission approved rejecting the bid submission provided by Pearl Entertainment & Productions, LLC for RFP PC26-028 for management and operations of the Martin Theatre and approved reissuing the RFP with a focus on economic impact and partnership.
