A new 2-1/2 story residential building is proposed for a vacant lot at 156 Avenida Menendez, also known as 59 Marine Street. The applicant, Les Thomas Architect, Inc., on behalf of owner DanMac LLC, plans to include a garage on the ground floor and an architectural connection to the adjacent home at 160 Avenida Menendez.
