Staffing updates include a 4.0% average increase for non-represented employees and reclassification of a Public Works position. Vehicle replacement funds are allocated for SUVs, Police Interceptors and CID vehicles, and Service Trucks for the Water Production Department. Upcoming dates are set for budget hearings and adoption, culminating in a final hearing and budget adoption on September 23.
