The Board of Adjustments approved two variance requests. First, BOA-2026-0009, a request by Sarah and Peter Wildeman for variances to allow a 25-foot front setback (required 27 feet), an 8-foot 3-inch side setback (required 14 feet), and a 4-foot front yard fence (required 3 feet) for additions to an existing single-family home at 111 Spring Lane, zoned R-1AA. Second, BOA-2026-0010, a request by Chloe Ruiz for a variance to allow a 6-foot-high fence within the street-side yard (maximum 3 feet) at 1129 Park Green Place, zoned PURD.
