These items were continued from a previous meeting. [North of Oil Well Road and south of Immokalee Road, bisected by Camp Keais Road; case PL20240012290- (SRA)] The Town of Ave Maria Stewardship Receiving Area (SRA) amendment proposes to designate an additional 2,042 acres within the Rural Lands Stewardship Area Zoning Overlay as part of the Town of Ave Maria SRA. This includes adding acreage for Neighborhood General, Town Centers, Services District, and Parks, reconfiguring Town Center 2.b, increasing maximum dwelling units by 6,738 to a total of 17,738, and increasing non-residential uses by 996,000 square feet. The total subject property is 7,970 acres. [East of Desoto Boulevard, north and south of Oil Well Road, west of the intersection of Oil Well Grade Road and Oil Well Road; case PL20250001447- (SRAA)] The Town of Big Cypress SRAA amendment proposes to designate an additional 451.75 acres within the Rural Lands Stewardship Area Zoning Overlay as part of the Town of Big Cypress Stewardship Receiving Area. This includes increasing the maximum number of dwelling units by 1,367 to a maximum of 5,799, and revising commercial/light industrial and civic/governmental/institutional use square footage. The total subject property is 1,996.21 acres. [South of Holly Avenue and west of the terminus of Bayshore Drive; case PL20250003046- (RPUD)] Windward Landing RPUD proposes to change the zoning classification of 71.46 acres from Residential Single-family-3 (RSF-3) and Rural Agricultural to Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) to allow a maximum of 90 single-family detached dwelling units. [1589 Everglades Boulevard North; case PL20250007107- (CU)] Vanderbilt II Tower CU seeks a conditional use to allow a 150-foot tall monopole communications tower within the Estates (E) zoning district with a Wellfield Risk Management Special Treatment Overlay Zone W-4 (ST/W-4) on a 2.65-acre property. [North of State Road 82, 1/2 mile west of Church Road, abutting Hendry County; case PL20240002941- (GMPA)] State Road 82 Commercial Subdistrict (GMPA) proposes to amend the Growth Management Plan by changing the land use designation from Agricultural/Rural Mixed Use District and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay District to Agricultural/Rural Mixed Use District, State Road 82 Commercial Subdistrict and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay District. This allows for a maximum of 100,000 square feet of self-storage and 30,000 square feet of commercial uses, or up to 60,000 square feet of commercial uses (with no self-storage) on 5.01 acres. [North of State Road 82, 1/2 mile west of Church Road, abutting Hendry County; case PL20240002945- (CPUD)] State Road 82 CPUD proposes to change the zoning classification from Rural Agricultural (A) within the Mobile Home Overlay and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay to Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) within the Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay on 5.01 acres. This allows for development of 60,000 square feet of retail commercial with no self-storage, or 30,000 square feet of retail commercial and 100,000 square feet of self-storage. [Collier County property open to the public; case PL20260002471- (LDCA)] An ordinance to amend the Collier County Land Development Code to require temporary use permits for events on Collier County property open to the public, specifically amending Section 5.04.05 Temporary Events. [Southwest corner of 60th Street Southwest and Golden Gate Parkway; case not stated (companion items discussed in transcript)] The Golden Gate Parkway 60th Street residential subdistrict and PUD proposes to rezone 4.18 acres from Estates zoning to Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) to allow a maximum of 36 income-restricted townhome dwelling units, 100% affordable housing.
