No planning board member acknowledged visiting the site or having ex parte communication. No planning board member abstained from voting due to conflict of interest. The motion to accept citizen's pictures into evidence carried unanimously (7-0). The motion to accept transcripts from the April 7th Planning Board into the meeting packet carried unanimously (7-0). The motion to recommend approval to the BCC carried unanimously (7-0). [4113 Barrancas Ave; case VRD-2026-01] VRD-2026-01: The Planning Board recommended approval to the BCC for the operation of a Tattoo Establishment at 4113 Barrancas Ave. The zoning district is Com, Commercial district (25 du/acre) and the FLU Category is MU-U, Mixed-Use Urban. The applicant is Meredith Bush, agent for Keyco Holdings, LLC, owner. William Van Horn II advised he received a mailer, heard and spoke about the property during the Warrington Revitalization Committee, and spoke with County staff. Jonathan Owens is familiar with the property and has spoken with staff. Reid Rushing is familiar with the property. No planning board member abstained from voting due to conflict of interest. The motion to recommend approval to the BCC carried 6-0. Tim Pyle was off the dias.
