The Manatee County Planning Commission met on April 16, 2026, to review planning and zoning items. The meeting covered updates, approval of past minutes, and public comment. One application, The Surf RV Resort, was withdrawn. The commission reviewed two zoning requests: Cheyanne Preserve Phase II, a residential project, and a rezone with amended GDP for Villages of Amazon South.
