Ordinance for CDMP Application No. CDMP20250004, filed by Mikhail Chabanov, to amend the Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Development Master Plan for a 0.30 net acre site at the northeast corner of the intersection of North Miami Avenue and NE 165 Street. The effective date of any approved small-scale amendment is 31 days after adoption if not timely challenged. The ordinance becomes effective ten days after enactment unless vetoed by the Mayor.
