Santa Rosa County is proposing a rezoning and future land use change for approximately 40 acres located at 4351 Berryhill Road in Pace. The property is currently zoned AGRR (Rural Residential Agriculture) and has an Agriculture Rural Residential Future Land Use. The proposal is to change the zoning to TC-1 (Town Center Core) and the Future Land Use to MRC (Mixed Residential/Commercial).
