The Indrio Groves Hamlet project is proposing a new drainage system to manage stormwater runoff. This system includes approximately 23 acres of flow way and two additional lakes. The treated water will be discharged to FPFWCD Canal No. 6, eventually reaching the Indian River Lagoon. The drainage system must meet standards set by St. Lucie County, SFWMD, and FFPWCD. This item is currently under review by the Planning & Zoning Commission. The project will involve site clearing and grading, construction of flow ways and lakes, and underground utility work for stormwater management.
