The Club at Indrio Creek project is currently under review by the Planning & Zoning Commission. The applicant's Transportation Impact Report has been accepted by the County's Third-Party Reviewer, finding that the project's traffic will not negatively impact the level of service on nearby roads. While no transit services currently serve the area, a condition of approval requires that potential transit stop locations be identified on Final Site Plans. This project is in the early stages of the public review process. Future work could involve site planning, grading, utility installation, paving, and construction.
