This project is currently under review, requiring a Special Use Permit from Sumter County and a Domestic Wastewater Facility Permit from the FDEP. The development will involve site clearing and grading, construction of various buildings and structures including pole barns and an office, installation of underground utilities and stormwater management systems, paving for roads and parking areas, and extensive landscaping for buffering.
