This plan outlines numerous action items, many of which are slated to occur "After Master Plan" completion, indicating a phased approach to development. Key areas for potential work include infrastructure upgrades such as paving, building updates, energy efficiency improvements (HVAC, insulation, lighting), stormwater system enhancements, and utility system upgrades. Visitor experience improvements involve adding ticket booths, updating building interiors, enhancing landscaping, and improving campus wayfinding. Facility capacity enhancements include new seating, expanded food vending, and potential barn replacements. Technological upgrades, new facility construction like a concession building, and campus expansion through property acquisition are also planned.
