Staff recommends approval. The meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026. [South side of E C 470, approximately 560 feet east of the McNeill Drive and E C 470 roundabout; case 26-0563 (AN)] Myles Enterprises LLC has submitted a voluntary annexation request for approximately 9.77 acres located on the south side of E C 470, approximately 560 feet east of the McNeill Drive and E C 470 roundabout, in Section 13, Township 20 South, Range 23 East.
