The August 11, 2026 minutes record the following approvals: 25-0505 (PLAT) South Wildwood Industrial Park - Parcels 5A, 6B, and 6C, a replat to combine portions of Lots 6B and 6C with Lot 5A, approved unanimously; 25-3341 (SP) Bethany Plaza Dental, a 3,016-square-foot dental office within the existing Bethany Estates Medical Complex, approved unanimously subject to resolution of outstanding comments; and 26-0520 (SP) Chick-Fil-A Wildwood, a 5,218-square-foot Chick-fil-A restaurant with 73 parking spaces on approximately 2.09 acres, approved unanimously with two technical waivers subject to outstanding comments. The document also includes a development order for A25-0765 The Winston Improvement Plan, issued January 20, 2026, to Joel Rosenberg with Enclave Housing, LLC, on behalf of Green Gardens 42, LLC, authorizing 295 detached single-family residence dwelling units on 83.158 acres, with amenities including a community pool and cabana, a tot lot and school waiting area, and a dog park, and requiring a 180-square-foot eastbound turn lane improvement on CR 214 at US 301 and widening parts of CR 216 from 16 feet to 24 feet from US 301 to the development's entrance.
