The City Commission of Coral Gables met to discuss various planned and under-review projects. Several new developments are being considered, including a mixed-use project at 100 Almeria Avenue, a retail and office space project at Sunset Drive and Granada Boulevard, and a 10-story mixed-use building at 1300 Coral Way. Other opportunities may arise from proposed changes to zoning codes, street improvement projects, and discussions on decorative rock for swales and tree injection programs.
