The City of Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) met on June 9, 2026. The primary action was to accept the Downtown Bicycle and Pedestrian Amenities Strategic Plan. This plan, developed with funding approved in September 2025, aims to enhance trail connectivity, wayfinding, lighting, trailheads, bicycle amenities, and economic activation within the CRA District. It identifies gaps in amenities and proposes a phased implementation to position Downtown Titusville as a destination-oriented Trail Town. Representatives from Kimley-Horn were present to discuss the plan. The meeting also included approval of the May 12, 2026, meeting minutes and a presentation on the Trail Town Amenities Strategic Plan. A separate item from the May 12, 2026 meeting involved the approval of Resolution No. 11-2026, a Commitment to Florida Main Street, supporting Mainstreet-Titusville, Inc. Public comment included support for the Main Street program and an announcement for a Mid Century Modern and Space Industry Workshop.
