[Dilworth] Clay County Board of Commissioners will consider approving a Letter of Support for the Federal Rail Administration Grade Crossing Elimination Grant, applied for by BNSF on behalf of the City of Dilworth. The project will upgrade antiquated passive warning devices to active warning devices like flashing lights and automated gates, improving safety, reliability, and operational performance. [Clay County] Clay County Sheriff's Office requests approval to lease 10 vehicles from Enterprise Fleet Management to replace and renew existing leased vehicles. The fleet will include one administrative vehicle, one detective vehicle, and eight patrol vehicles to maintain operational readiness and public safety response capabilities. The total estimated cost for the leases and upfitting is $655,420.60. The lease terms range from 36 to 48 months.
