A substantial modification to the Two Rivers Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD) is under review. This project proposes to allow for the development of approximately 3,396.5 acres in Southeast Pasco County, on both sides of State Road 56 between Morris Bridge Road and Gall Boulevard. This item is currently under review by the Planning Commission, with a recommended continuance to July 9, 2026. If approved, this project would involve extensive site clearing and grading, underground utility work, road construction, and the subsequent vertical construction of various building types, followed by landscaping.
