City Council authorized the Mayor to execute and administer the acquisition. [1801 West Cervantes Street and 1900 West Gadsden Street; case 26-659] Approval to purchase real property at 1801 West Cervantes Street (Parcel ID No. 000S009060060116) for $410,000 plus closing costs and 1900 West Gadsden Street (Parcel ID No. 000S009060012125) for $405,000 plus closing costs, from Shri Gunapati Inc., as part of the Pace-Cervantes Corridor Revitalization Project. City Council authorized the Mayor to execute and administer the acquisition.
