The Escambia County Redevelopment Agency met on June 17, 2026. The board considered recommendations for the Residential Rehab Grant Program and the cancellation of Residential Roof Program Liens. Four property owners were approved for Residential Rehab Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements for various home improvements including roof replacement, electrical rewiring, fencing, and plumbing upgrades. Additionally, four property owners had their Residential Roof Program Liens cancelled as they met the five-year compliance period for income-based roof improvements. The meeting also included acceptance of previous meeting minutes and a public forum.
