Walmart Inc. #1627 had an adjusted estimated market value approved for PID 52.618.0010 at $9,400,000 and for PID 52.618.0040 to remain at $76,800. West Central Ag Services/CHS had an adjusted estimated market value approved for PID 57.980.0020 at $55,100. Debra & Michael Steffens had an adjusted estimated market value approved for PID 09.004.1103 at $137,900. Brian Lee's appeal for PID 12.027.3500 resulted in an approved adjusted estimated market value of $214,700. Brian Wild's appeal for PID 25.033.4600 resulted in an approved adjusted estimated market value of $414,000. David Ronsberg's appeal for PID 26.017.3500 resulted in an approved adjusted estimated market value of $758,600. The Clay County Board of Commissioners met on June 16, 2026.
