The Alachua County Development Review Committee (DRC) met on March 19, 2026. Two projects were approved with conditions. Project DR25-000048, a Revised Final Development Plan for Springhills Transit Oriented Development (TOD) - SE Quad Phases 1 & 2A, was approved with conditions including tree mitigation payments, public access easements, and retaining wall details. Project DR25-000056, a Preliminary & Final Development Plan for Kicklighter Family Homestead Subdivision, was approved with conditions regarding easements and recording of a Notice of Regulated Conservation Resources. The minutes from the February 19, 2026 DRC Hearing were also approved.
