Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NewBizAlert, a service operated by Success Driven Media, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following kinds of information:
- Account information such as your name and email address, which you provide when you sign up.
- Authentication data, which is handled for us by Google Identity Platform. Your login credentials are managed there, not stored by us in plain form.
- Billing information, which is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card numbers.
- Product usage and analytics, such as the searches, filters, and exports you run, so we can operate and improve the service.
- Cookies and session data, which keep you logged in and let the application function correctly.
The business-filing lead data we provide is public-record information from state business registries. It consists of business identity and address information only. It does not include personal email addresses or phone numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the service, authenticate you, bill your subscription, send service and report emails, respond to your requests, and improve the product. We do not use your account information for purposes unrelated to running NewBizAlert.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with a small set of service providers (subprocessors) that help us run NewBizAlert:
- Google Cloud for application hosting and our database.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- SendGrid for sending service and report emails.
- GoHighLevel, our CRM provider, for managing customer records and communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our service and users.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
6. Your Choices
You can access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us at hello@newbizalert.com. You can unsubscribe from report and marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or your account notification settings. Some service-related messages, such as billing and account notices, are necessary to use the product.
