[435 SE 10th Terrace, 932 SE 5th Place, and 1004 SE 5th Place; case Ordinance 28-26 (FLUM26-000001)] Ordinance 28-26 (FLUM26-000001) proposed changing land use from Single Family (SF) to Public Facilities (PF) for properties located at 435 SE 10th Terrace, 932 SE 5th Place, and 1004 SE 5th Place. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended denial of this ordinance. Public comments included concerns about traffic, tower lighting and radiation, loss of privacy, increased activity, and neighborhood character. [2501 SE 17th Place; case Ordinance 33-26 (FLUM26-000004)] Ordinance 33-26 (FLUM26-000004) proposed changing land use from Commercial/Professional (CP) to Public Facilities (PF) for a property located at 2501 SE 17th Place. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of this ordinance. No public speakers were present. [Tropicana Parkway, West of Old Burnt Store Road; case Ordinance 36-26 (FLUM26-000003)] Ordinance 36-26 (FLUM26-000003) proposed changing land use from Mixed-Use (MX) to Parks and Recreation (PK) for property located on Tropicana Parkway, West of Old Burnt Store Road. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of this ordinance. No public speakers were present. Discussion noted that the park is already built and opened. [2327 Trafalgar Parkway; case Ordinance 37-26 (FLUM26-000002)] Ordinance 37-26 (FLUM26-000002) proposed changing land use from Public Facilities (PF) to Parks and Recreation (PK) for property described as all of Block 6610, Cape Coral Subdivision, and from Rural to Parks and Recreation (PK) for property in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, Lee County, Florida, located at 2327 Trafalgar Parkway. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of this ordinance. Public comments included concerns about drainage and privacy/lighting issues from the park.
