The Board of Adjustment will consider a request for two variances for Case # PZ-26.132. Variance 1 seeks to reduce the required side setback from 10 feet to 6 feet (a 4-foot variance) for the construction of an accessory structure. Variance 2 requests an increase in the allowed height of the accessory structure from 12 feet to 15 feet 4 inches (a 3-foot 4-inch variance).
