[Bicentennial Park] The Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) presented a ceremonial check for $875,000 to the City of Cocoa Beach for the Bicentennial Park Improvements Project. This project aims to enhance access to and enjoyment of waterways. Vice Mayor Williams commented on successful park improvements, including drainage. A FIND public meeting is scheduled for June 19. [Parking Garage] The City Commission approved a proposal from All In One Electric for $159,453.50 for the Parking Garage electrical conduit replacement project. This is a budgeted Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Capital item. Vice Mayor Williams commented on the challenges of conduit installation. [case Ordinance 1718] The City Commission adopted Ordinance 1718 on second reading. This ordinance amends Article IV, Chapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances to revise the definition of motor vehicles and address authorized beach signage and rescue devices.
