[DeLand Municipal Airport; case 458317-1-94-01] Consideration for the FDOT Public Transportation Grant Award 458317-1-94-01 for the Airport Taxiway E Design Project. Staff recommends approval of the resolution and Public Transportation Grant Agreement. The project aims to design needed LED lighting and signage, and reconfigure Taxiway E to meet FAA regulations, as it is now used regularly due to East side airport development. [Bennett Drive, along lots 25-31 of the DeLand Business and Industrial Park plat] Second Reading of Ordinance Abandoning ± 0.89 Acres of Right-of-Way of Bennett Drive, along lots 25-31 of the DeLand Business and Industrial Park plat. The request is to approve a vacation of a 50' wide, 552.68' long section of the Bennett Drive right-of-way. [Bennett Drive] Acceptance of Easement for Bennett Drive. This is related to the Bennett Drive right-of-way abandonment.
