The City of DeLand Commission met on July 20, 2026. The commission also approved the abandonment of approximately 0.09 acres of right-of-way along W. Walts Avenue and S. Palmetto Avenue. A resolution was approved for the proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 at 6.1841 mills. A public hearing was held for the Water Plant PFAS Treatment and Removal Project Facility Plan and Business Plan.
