[402 Ravenshill Way; case V26-053] Variance request to allow a six-foot fence within the street-side setback area where a maximum of four feet is allowed. The fence was installed in 2006 without a permit. The current owners purchased the property in 2025 unaware of the unpermitted fence. The variance is requested to resolve a code enforcement case. The Planning Board recommended approval.
