The Historic Preservation Board approved petition HP AV-25-001, Part II Ad Valorem for 413 W University Ave. The motion to approve and send to the City Commission for Final Approval passed with 9 ayes and 0 nays. The Streatery Project was discussed, involving saving historic bricks from the street for potential reuse. Staff will work with the Board to generate ideas for Public Works. Staff also provided updates on Preservation Month activities and upcoming awards ceremonies. The next meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2026.
