[11 North Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida; case Bid No. 2526-03, Ordinance No. 2026-8236, Ordinance No. 2026-8237] The City Council will consider awarding Bid No. 2526-03 to T. G. Utility Company for Parts A and B of the New Water Well #16 and Raw Water Main Extension Project for an amount not to exceed $2,202,938. They will also consider approving contract administration to Four Waters Engineering for $105,524 and a reimbursement agreement with Beaches Energy for $70,000. The meeting will also address a pilot program for temporary extension of premises permits and amendments to the Land Development Code.
