The Development Review Committee (DRC) of the City of Kissimmee met on June 16, 2026. Three items were on the agenda. Item 3.A, SP-26-0019, concerning parcel 19-25-29-00U0-0016-0000, a 3-acre site plan by 3 Acer Holdings, was scheduled for a 'Revise & Resubmit' action. Item 3.B, SR-26-0003, involving parcel 08-25-30-00U0-0010-0000 for Hilliard Isle Phase, a preliminary plat, was moved out of DRC to proceed to the Construction Plan review phase.
