The Citizens' Advisory Board (CAB) met on June 1, 2026. Two substantial amendments to grant programs were approved. The first amendment reallocates $31,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from FY2025-2026 to provide lighting for the Carver Park parking lot, a change from the original scope which included the football field. The second amendment reallocates $10,220.61 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from FY2022-2023, which were leftover from a sunsetted Tenant-Based Rental Assistance program, into the Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation Program. No public comments were received for either amendment. Separately, it was noted that City Council approved CDBG and CDBG-CV funds for the Fire Department to purchase a LUCAS device, which has been acquired and will be placed in a fire station within the City's target area.
