The City of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new civic project. This project is planned for the area near SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The proposed development includes 200 dwelling units on approximately 10 acres. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers, including land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers and surveyors, utility and underground contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
