The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local businesses such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
